About Pav
Pav has over 13 years of experience in financial services. He has spent a number of years in sales and customer service roles, as well as a contractor in large complaint handling projects before changing his career focus to compliance in 2021. He joined a national wealth management firm as a mortgage file checker. He quickly branched out into other advice areas. Having reviewed thousands of advice files, he now uses his experience to support B-Compliant clients by helping them identify and eliminate potential blind spots in their processes through regular file reviews.
Pav holds a CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, a CII Certificate in Mortgage Advice and a CII Certificate in Equity Release.
Pav is an avid weightlifter, and he spends most of his mornings training at his home gym.
