About Tina
Tina is B-Compliant’s advisory board member.
She’s held senior roles across a range of financial service businesses, including Towergate Insurance and Howden Insurance Group. She’s also worked with tech businesses in the health and wellbeing sector that provide employer-focused people analytics services, including Neurotech which is used by many companies today.
Throughout her career, Tina has positively influenced the overall strategic direction of many businesses in the financial services industry. Areas include commercial insurance, corporate and personal pensions, compliance consulting, mortgage brokering, and employee benefits.
Tina has also gained a wide range of leadership experience in mergers and acquisitions activity, change programmes, and management buyouts.
Tina lives in Hampshire with her dog Kiera. She’s a keen skier, and likes nothing more than rewarding herself with a good glass of vino after a long day on the slopes.
