VICKY’S LEADERSHIP SKILLS RECOGNISED

Our director, Vicky Pearce, is being commended for the positive impact she is having on B-Compliant and its staff.

Vicky has been shortlisted in two categories at the North West Leadership Awards 2026 – Professional Services Leader and Company Leader (up to 50 employees).

The awards acknowledge the achievements of regional leaders who are driving innovation, championing their team and bringing about meaningful change. Winners will be announced on March 5 at a dinner held at The Midland in Manchester.

Having spent many years as both a financial planner and compliance expert, Vicky launched B-Compliant after spotting a need for practical compliance support that large providers weren’t willing, or able, to provide. She now leads a team of 10, which grows each year and is a regional committee member of the Personal Finance Society.

Vicky said: “It is an absolute honour to be recognised for the work we are doing at B-Compliant. I am lucky enough to lead a fantastic team that is hugely supportive of my plans to help clients and develop the business. I know competition at the Leadership Awards will be tough, but I am hopeful the progress we have made this year will stand me in good stead.”
