B-COMPLIANT BOSS SHORTLISTED FOR ‘WOMAN OF YEAR’ AWARD

Vicky Pearce, founding director of B-Compliant, has made the finals of the Women in Financial Advice Awards for the third consecutive year.

B-Compliant Financial compliance specialist, Vicky, is shortlisted in the ‘Woman of the Year – Adviser Support Services’ category at the national industry awards.

Winners will be announced on July 6 at a ceremony held in London, which will celebrate the achievements of women who are helping to inspire others to pursue a career in financial services.

Vicky said: “For a long time, our profession was male dominated and although this is changing, I have experienced first-hand the obstacles women in financial services face. It is, therefore, important to recognise those who are working hard to alter perceptions and attitudes and I am proud to be included among them. I have proved you can succeed in the sector, regardless of your background or gender and I am now passing on these positive messages to the next generation.”
