B-COMPLIANT BOSS WINS EUROPEAN INDUSTRY AWARD
Founder and director of B-Compliant, Vicky Pearce, is being recognised internationally for her work to improve standards across the sector.
B-Compliant founder and director, Vicky has been named External Adviser of the Year at the International Compliance Association’s (ICA) Compliance Awards 2023 Europe.
The awards, held at the Hilton London Bankside last week, celebrated excellence in compliance, recognising outstanding achievements, innovation and collaboration. Vicky was praised for the hands-on advice and support she and the B-Compliant team provide by the judging panel, which comprised leaders from the compliance and financial crime prevention sectors.
Vicky said: “I am absolutely thrilled to win this prestigious award and to be recognised for the quality of my work on a European stage. I am lucky to have such a great team supporting me and together, we are proving that financial compliance can be delivered in an affordable and time-efficient manner to businesses of all shapes and sizes.”
Winning the ICA award is a second accolade for us, after we were named Micro-Business of the Year at the North West Federation of Small Businesses Celebrating Small Business Awards. We’re now looking forward to the national finals on May 18!

The International Compliance Association (ICA) – the leading professional body for the global regulatory and financial crime compliance community and part of Wilmington plc – revealed the winners at the ICA Compliance Awards Europe last night in a star-studded award ceremony held at the Hilton London Bankside, UK on 27 April 2023.
As the UK’s only awards recognising teams and individuals across the financial crime prevention and regulatory compliance community, the Awards attracted over 200 entries across 18 categories, designed to recognise the initiatives and achievements of the compliance community over the past 12-18 months.
The Award ceremony brought together regulatory and financial crime prevention professionals to celebrate the contributions of individuals and companies to combating financial crime and meeting high compliance standards. The evening celebrated the achievements of a total of 119 shortlisted finalists.
